minimum of 5 years of working experience in reputed construction company with a pre requisite to stay at Site .( Nive Mulshi)
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
• Project management and supervision skills
• BE/ME in Civil Engineering & have to Manage project, design, develop, create and maintain projects
• Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Draw up blueprints according to technical specifications
• Assess material and labour costs
• Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems
• Monitor progress of projects
• Prepare Project reports
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Lodging & Boarding shall be provided.
