• Responsibilities :

1. Preparation & submission of various marketing report to respective Managers & G.M.
2. Preparation & submission of all marketing activities reports to managers, GMs and Management.
3. Sales Employees incentive calculation through system data.
4. CRM updation and employee interactions.
5. Support Marketing team with various data such as credential support etc.
6. Communication with marketing team
7. Provision of various documents/ records to Sales & Marketing staff as per their requirement.
8. New Vendor registrations & date expired vendor registration renewal as per Management direction.
9. Precise record keeping of all customer PO, vendor registration certificates etc.
10. Preparing annual agreements & issuing certificates to all dealers.
11. Dealer’s sales analysis & submission of report to Management.
12. To support General Manager with the various marketing communication, to field and customer.

• Key requirements : Good Communication skills; Work experience in Digital
platforms, B2B Sector will be an added advantage.
should be well versed with MS-excel, power point etc.
