• Daily customer visit plan and ensuring fruitful customer visits with inquiry generation…reporting daily visits in the prescribed format
• Meeting decision makers as well the shop floor team and creating projects where Heimatec can contribute in terms of cycle time reductions
• Handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries and organizing min one marketing and/or technical events per month
• Coordinating and Guiding Sales Coordinators on daily/weekly planning and sales targets
• Ensuring customers pay as per the agreed credit terms and support accounts team for recoveries
