Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Lead and manage the procurement of materials and components, focusing on fabrication, sheet metal, and processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance to align procurement strategies with project requirements and timelines.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and industry trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures for procured materials, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, detailing procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant procurement regulations and standards, maintaining ethical sourcing practices
