We are hiring for the position of US Accounting Executive
Designation : Accounts – Executive (US)
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience : Minimum 2-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting environment
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with US GAAP.
Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis, to support management decision-making.
Audit and Tax Support: Assist with external audits and tax return preparation, including providing documentation and explanations to auditors and tax authorities.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Journal Entries and Accounting Adjustments: Prepare and post journal entries and accounting adjustments, including accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.
Payments: Keeping track and ensuring customer payments are received as and when due.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports, including monthly financial statements, management reports, and board reports.
Internal Controls: Maintain and evaluate internal controls, including accounting policies and procedures.
Special Projects: Perform special projects, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
